Meet Chef Chris Scott, finalist from season 15 of Top Chef, founder of Butterfunk Biscuit Company & cookbook author. Chef Scott's new book, HOMAGE, is a collection of his Amish Soul Food recipes. This 5-course tasting menu is taken straight from the pages of the book. Each guest receives a signed copy. This event takes place at SouthSide, SOUTH's private event space located next door to SOUTH at 1410 Mt Vernon Street. Seating is limited to 50 guests.
