The SOUTH Sazerac
Our twist on the classic made with Dad's Hat Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey, Martell Cognac and a spritz of Absinthe. Served chilled, up, with a twist of lemon. The original Sazerac was crowned the official cocktail of New Orleans in 2008.
